Common questions

The app cannot find a product

Some products are missing from public product databases. Try scanning the ingredient label or pasting the label text so the app can analyze the product from the information you provide.

Restaurant or water data looks incomplete

Coverage depends on local data availability, map search results, public product catalogs, and regional water information. Always verify restaurant practices, product labels, packaging, and water source documents directly.

The map is not showing nearby results

Make sure location permission is enabled or move the map to the area you want to search, then use the area search action.

I found incorrect data

Email hello@osmihealth.co or use the support contact listed on the App Store product page, and include the product, barcode, restaurant, water brand, screenshot, and the correction source if available.
