These terms are an agreement between you and Osmi Health, Inc., a Delaware corporation, 131 Continental Dr, Ste 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA ("Osmi", "we"), for the Osmi app, osmihealth.co and its quiz (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. Contact: hello@osmihealth.co.
Educational, not medical advice
Osmi does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, does not tell you to start, stop or change a medication, and is not a substitute for your doctor. Check with a licensed healthcare professional before making any medical decision. In an emergency, contact emergency services.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use the Service.
The Service
Osmi helps you keep your thyroid lab results, symptoms, cycle and sleep in one place, and shows what is in the products you scan. Product information comes from labels and public databases and can be incomplete or out of date, so check the label. We do not promise that any information in the Service is complete or accurate.
Subscriptions, billing, and automatic renewal
In the app, subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through the App Store. The app shows the price, billing period and any trial before you buy. Unless you cancel, the subscription renews automatically at the price and for the billing period shown, and Apple charges your Apple Account for each renewal.
On our website, your subscription starts with any trial and at the price shown at checkout. Unless you cancel, it renews automatically at the price and for the billing period shown at checkout, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal.
Cancellation
Cancel an App Store subscription in your Apple Account's subscription settings. Cancel a subscription bought on osmihealth.co by emailing hello@osmihealth.co. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds
Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases under its own rules; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Payments made on our website are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund.
Acceptable use
Use the Service lawfully and only for yourself. Do not copy, resell or redistribute it or its content, disrupt it, access it with bots, or get around its security.
Liability
The Service is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from the date shown.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, except where the consumer law of the country you live in gives you protection that cannot be waived.
